terms & agreement
by purchasing or enrolling in any spiritual curiosity offering, you agree to the following terms:

one-off sessions

1. billing: payment is due in full at the time of booking.
2. cancellation: 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule. late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
3. expiration: single sessions and gift cards expire 3 months from the date of purchase and have no cash value.

12 session clarity membership

1. billing: the clarity membership is a contract for full payment, divided into 3 equal monthly installments. automatic billing begins upon enrollment. all 3 payments are owed in full regardless of how quickly or slowly you use your sessions.
2. cancellation: because the membership is a full-payment commitment, cancellation does not void your remaining balance. if you choose to stop before completing all 12 sessions, you will receive a credit for unused sessions valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.
3. expiration: all 12 sessions must be used within 6 months of enrollment or they expire with no refund or credit issued.
4. scheduling: sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly at your chosen day and time. 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any individual session. late cancellations and no-shows forfeit that session.
5. non-transferable: clarity membership sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member. they may not be gifted, shared, or applied to another person's account.

workshops & practice circles

1. billing: payment is due in full at the time of registration.
2. commitment: workshops and practice circles are a fixed series. practice circles are a 6-session commitment. by registering, you are committing to the full series. attendance is not mandatory for all 6 sessions, but encouraged.
3. cancellation: because workshops are planned and resourced around confirmed participants, payments are non-refundable once the series begins. if you need to cancel before the series begins, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a credit toward a future offering.

all offerings

1. recordings: session recordings are available via zoom link for 7 days following each session, then permanently deleted. download within that window if you want to keep them. we are not responsible for recordings not downloaded before deletion.
2. privacy & confidentiality: all sessions are confidential. we use ai-assisted tools for note-taking to generate written summaries.
3. engagement: between sessions you may receive suggested resources, practices, and homework. how you engage is entirely at your discretion — this is your journey and your pace.
4. your responsibility: show up as fully as you can. communicate openly about what's working and what isn't. trust yourself and the process.
